Manchester United were on the wrong end of history in a disastrous 6-1 defeat to Tottenham on Sunday.
The Red Devils conceded four first-half goals for the first time in Premier League history – and to make matters worse, the misery was inflicted by Jose Mourinho’s Spurs.
The Portuguese coach managed the Red Devils for two years before being sacked in December 2018.
He came back to haunt his former club as goals from Heung-min Son (2), Harry Kane and Tanguy Ndombele stunned United, who were playing with ten men after Anthony Martial was sent off in the 28th minute.
At half-time, former United left-back Evra raged: “Are you seeing this right now?
“I don’t even want to comment, to talk about this game. Because it’s a catastrophe what’s happening right now.
“I recommend, my advice to any United fan right now is to buy a PlayStation, buy players like Jadon Sancho, Lionel Messi and start playing that.
“Because [this] is a disaster, it’s a disaster.
“I’ve been a player so I don’t want to go on one player, but [Eric] Bailly gets the chance to play instead of [Victor] Lindelof and he makes that mistake. So don’t cry after when you don’t play.
“I’m devastated and I am a positive person.
“But right now I understand the pain of all United fans because no-one in this team deserves to play right now.”
Tottenham did not let up as Serge Aurier added a fifth just six minutes after the restart.
And the demolish job was complete when Paul Pogba fouled Ben Davies in the box and Kane emphatically converted the 79th-minute penalty.
