Felipe Anderson’s West Ham departure was confirmed on Tuesday.
The Brazilian forward completed a season-long loan to Portuguese club Porto.
West Ham broke their transfer record to sign Anderson from Lazio for £36million in July 2018.
He signed a four-year deal with the Hammers and was a hit in his first season as he scored ten goals in all competitions, but has struggled to maintain his form at the London Stadium, having scored just one Premier League goal over the past year.
Anderson has made just two brief substitute appearances in the league this season, totalling just two minutes of action.
He has played in all three of their EFL Cup games, though, scoring once and providing two assists.
However, David Moyes was willing to let him go with Porto in talks to get a deal done.
A club statement read: “West Ham United can confirm that Felipe Anderson has joined Portuguese side FC Porto on a season-long loan.
“The club wishes Felipe all the best for his loan spell.”
Anderson follows Jack Wilshere out of the door at the London Stadium, after the English midfielder’s contract was terminated by mutual consent after two years at West Ham.
