Nike has launched a new collection of special edition shirts for Premier League sides Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham.
The Air Max Collection shirts have gone on sale on the Nike website at an eye-watering £70 despite the fact they will not be worn on the pitch.
Each shirt has been based on the design of a classic Air Max trainer and have been modelled by Jordan Henderson, Christian Pulisic and Eric Dier.
The Liverpool shirt is an ode to the Air Max 90 and is ‘inspired by the DNA of the city’. The jersey has a pinstripe design with grey and black sleeves and the traditional swoosh is replaced by the Nike Air logo.
The Spurs version ‘combines the sneaker heritage of the Air Max 95 with North London culture for the streets of N17’. The jersey features four grey tones with bright yellow badge and trim around the sleeves and collar.
Meanwhile, the Chelsea version is based on the iconic Air Max 180. The white shirt has blue and red strips running down the collar and down the middle into the 180 Air logo.
