Harry Kane capitalised on two Michael Keane errors to earn a point for Tottenham at Everton – but Jose Mourinho is sweating on the fitness of his talisman as he hobbled off in added time of the 2-2 draw at Goodison Park.
The England captain expertly slotted in his 20th and 21st Premier League goals of the season – cancelling out Gylfi Sigurdsson’s double – to reinstate himself as the top-flight’s leading scorer.

However, Spurs will now be hugely concerned ahead of their Carabao Cup final with Manchester City next weekend as the 28-year-old was substituted in the closing stages of the match after hurting his ankle in a collision with Richarlison.
“It is too early to say something,” Mourinho told Sky Sports at full-time.
“For him to leave the pitch with a few minutes to go is obviously because he felt something. Let me be optimistic and believe that he has time to recover. Let’s see.

After a drab opening 25 minutes, Spurs opened the scoring with their first shot on goal in the 27th minute when Keane inadvertently flicked on Tanguy Ndombele’s cross into Kane, who took one touch and fired the ball left-footed into the bottom corner.
Tottenham’s lead lasted barely four minutes, though, as Everton equalised from the spot.
Sergio Reguilon was adjudged to have fouled James Rodriguez from behind – although replays suggested the Everton playmaker had kicked the ground – and Gylfi Sigurdsson sent Hugo Lloris the wrong way from 12 yards.

Spurs then had chances to regain their lead before Sigurdsson grabbed his second just after the hour with a fine strike to put the hosts ahead.
Mourinho’s men were cut open and substitute Seamus Coleman pulled back to the Icelandic who fired into the far corner with a first-time finish.
But Spurs fought back to level in the 68th minute as Kane was on hand to fire home his second after more calamity in the Everton box.
The hapless Keane again failed to clear a cross, heading the ball into the back of Mason Holgate and providing Kane with another chance he wasn’t going to waste.
It was the England captain’s 21st goal of the season and cemented his name at the top of the Premier League’s scoring charts.
However, Kane’s night ended on a sour note as he left the pitch with an ankle injury after a Richarlison challenge.
Spurs’ star man has suffered serious ankle problems in the past and now faces a race against time to be fit to face Man City in the League Cup final – as the club chase their first trophy in 13 years.
Kane shook his head as he walked off the pitch, indicating it may not be a minor issue.
