Darren Moore will take an extended leave of absence from his post as Sheffield Wednesday manager after developing blood clots on his lungs following his contraction of COVID-19.
Moore was struck down with the lethal virus before the international break and missed three games as he served the isolation period.

Paul Williams, a member of his coaching staff, is also struggling with coronavirus but was expected to regroup at Middlewood Road this week.
However, the former West Bromwich Albion defender experienced discomfort following the game at Hillsborough on Tuesday against Swansea City and it has since been diagnosed as pneumonia.
He told swfc.co.uk: “I have developed pneumonia as a result of COVID-19, with blood clots on the lungs and extreme discomfort.
“I am gutted to be away but I understand the situation and the course of action I must take.”
Speaking about his battle with COVID-19 earlier in the month, the Owls boss explained: “The best way I can describe it is that my body was just in pain for four or five days, by bone structure, the bones in my shoulders, chest, legs. I was in a lot of pain.
“My breathing restrictions from my chest was pretty limited, but the doc we’ve got here was excellent, I got some steroids which were a great help to me and I started to feel a lot better on day three of that course of steroids in terms of my feeling.
“It was the pain, a weird one, my whole bone structure in my body was really painful, it drains you and it was a feeling of lethargy all over me.”
