Jadon Sancho wanted by four clubs and ‘will be allowed to leave’ but Erling Haaland gets £150m price tag with Borussia Dortmund determined to keep Manchester United target

Jadon Sancho has serious interest from four top clubs this summer and the England international could be allowed to leave by Borussia Dortmund, according to reports.

Manchester United have been given renewed hope of finally signing the 21-year-old winger, but Dortmund are determined to keep in-demand Erling Haaland and there’s also an update on Paul Pogba’s future at Old Trafford.

Dortmund have a history of selling their youngsters for a major profit, and with Champions League contention in doubt they could be forced to ship off their top players once again.

United retain a strong interest in Sancho and it is been widely reported the Premier League side will reignite their pursuit when the summer transfer window opens.

United tried but ultimately failed to sign the England starlet last summer, with talks breaking down after they did not meet Dortmund’s whopping £108m asking price, with the Bundesliga side refusing to budge.

However, Sancho could now be available for just £80million, according to Sky Sports News.

And Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc has said the winger will be allowed to leave under a ‘gentleman’s agreement’ and provided ‘certain conditions are met’.

Sancho has been in fine form after a shaky start to the season, tallying 12 goals and 18 assists in 34 games for Dortmund,

With top clubs from around the world keen on the former Manchester City man’s signature he will have a big decision on his hands.

The English international’s preference to play in the Champions League next season could add more pressure for a sale, as the Black and Yellows currently sit at fifth place in the Bundesliga.

Haaland is another highly coveted youngster Dortmund face potentially leaving the club this summer, with a host of the world’s richest clubs lining up to sign him.

The Norwegian international has set the Bundesliga alight since his arrival in 2020, with a return of 37 goals and 11 assists in 38 appearances this season.

Real Madrid, Barcelona, Man United, Man City and Chelsea will all be at war to secure a transfer, but Dortmund believe they are in a strong position and have slapped a massive £150m price tag on their star man, according to the report.

BVB are said to have told Haaland and his agent Mino Raiola they ‘won’t be bullied into selling,’ even if they fail to qualify for the Champions League

The goal machine has a €75m release clause which will be activated in July 2022, however with top clubs seeking his talents it’s believed they won’t wait.

Meanwhile, there is an update on another of Raiola’s big-name players, with reports United are yet to open talks with Paul Pogba.

Pogba has routinely been linked with a departure from Old Trafford and he is approaching the final year of his contract with the Red Devils.

However, it is claimed a move this summer is now unlikely as he is settled at United under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

After claiming the French international was unhappy in December, the midfielder has had a change of heart and is enjoying life at Old Trafford.

And Solskjaer will be keen to get the future of one of his key players sorted as soon as possible – Pogba has left on a free transfer before and in just seven months he would be eligible to sign a pre-contract agreement with a foreign club.
