Belgium paid tribute to Christian Eriksen in their Group B match with Denmark as they stopped play in the 10th minute.
Inter star Eriksen suffered a cardiac arrest in the first half of his side’s 1-0 defeat to Finland on Saturday.

The midfielder collapsed in the 43rd minute of the game and had to be resuscitated on the pitch before being taking to hospital.
Thankfully, Eriksen is now recovering from the horrific incident and has said he is ‘fine – under the circumstances’.
Denmark are continuing in the tournament are facing Belgium this evening – the game will be live on talkSPORT.

Belgium showed their respect to Eriksen, who wears the number 10 shirt, by stopping play and giving him a round of applause.
Before the game, Belgium boss Roberto Martinez said: “As you can imagine, the uncertainty that we had when the incident happened, that was a really tough moment, a tough moment for any player that was watching the game, a tough moment for players who have been sharing dressing rooms with Christian.

“Then from that point on, once you get the good news that Christian reacted positively, that he was talking, that he was in hospital, now it’s almost a celebration.
“You’re going to have a full capacity crowd – this is about a celebration in football and for Christian.”
Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that Eriksen is to be fitted with a defibrillator implant.
Providing an update on his status on Thursday, Denmark team doctor Morten Boesen said: “After Christian has been through different heart examinations it has been decided that he should have an ICD (heart starter).
“This device is necessary after cardiac attack due to rhythm disturbances.
“Christian has accepted the solution and the plan has moreover been confirmed by specialists nationally and internationally who all recommend the same treatment.
“We encourage everybody to give Christian and his family peace and privacy (in) the following time.”
