France, the World Cup winners from 2018, and perennial winners Germany will both have ambitious of claiming European glory this summer.

But they have been drawn together in a hugely difficult Group F alongside Cristiano Ronaldo’s Portugal and Hungary.

France were beaten finalists in the last Euros and claimed glory at the most recent World Cup meaning they will no doubt be in flying form for this tournament.

Germany, meanwhile, have struggled since their 2014 World Cup win and will hope this summer will see them get back to past glories.

Both sides have plenty of quality in their ranks and this tie should be a thriller.
