Things might not be looking good on the pitch for Arsenal right now, but at least next season they are set to look good on it.
As you may well be aware, new kits for the 2021/22 campaign are currently being leaked, and fans are getting excited about their sides’ possible releases
Chelsea’s potential new home shirt has raised some eyebrows, but it seems like there won’t be too many grumbles when it comes to the Gunners’ new third jersey.
More often than not, Premier League clubs are choosing to pay tribute to strips of the past.
Last season Arsenal brought out an away shirt which was inspired by their famous ‘bruised banana’ top of the 1990s.
And, per FootyHeadlines, their new alternative shirt is also bringing back memories of a classic Gunners jersey.
Back between 1994 and 1996 they wore a stunning two-tone ‘Blue Lightning’ strip.
And now they will wear something similar but with the bolts now going all the way across the adidas shirt.
It should bring back memories of the likes of Ian Wright and Dennis Bergkamp, who starred in it.
What do you make of the leaked kit, Arsenal fans?
