Chelsea fans flooded the streets surrounding Stamford Bridge last night as they celebrated their Champions League success.
Just 6,000 lucky fans were able to get tickets for the match in Portugal as the Blues beat Premier League rivals Manchester City 1-0.

Kai Havertz scored the only goal of the game before half-time which was enough to see the club claim their second Champions League crown.
Thousands of fans were pictured outside Stamford Bridge amid the wild party scenes.
Since Roman Abramovich bought the club in 2003, he has delivered 17 trophies, including five Premier League titles and now two Champions Leagues.

Former Chelsea striker Tony Cascarino hailed the Russian billionaire for his ruthlessness in wanting the very best for the club.
“They’ve got the best decision making owner that has ever existed,” Cascarino told Weekend Sports Breakfast. “It might not just be Roman as he’s got a team around him.
“He picks and chooses and when he sees a manager just doing okay, he sacks them because he thinks that okay is not the standard of his football club.
“He thinks ‘I pay this amount on wages and this amount on transfer fees, I expect to be challenging for first and second’. Second could be a failure for him and you could go. Roman Abramovich is a very shrewd man.”

The man who delivered the second Champions League success is Thomas Tuchel, who only met Abramovich for the first time on the Estadio do Dragao pitch.
He penned an 18-month contract when he joined in January, but is now targeting a new deal.
Asked whether he will be able to extend his stay, Tuchel replied: “I’m not even 100 per cent sure, but maybe I have a new contract now.
“So let’s check this first. I spoke to the owner right now on the pitch, this was the best moment for a first meeting. Or the worst, because from now on it can only get worse!”
Cascarino also recalled being told by former owner Ken Bates that the club planned to be the biggest in London, something that has almost certainly now been achieved.
“I laugh at being with Ken Bates and a few players and him showing us the design for Stamford Bridge in 92/93 thinking this guy is on another planet,” Cascarino added.
“He’s talking saying Chelsea can become the biggest club in London. He also did state ‘it might not be with me, but Chelsea can become the biggest club in London’.
“I think it’s hard to debate with their success in the last decade, that’s certainly the achievements he’s talked about have been served. They’ve done that.

“You go back to Kevin Keegan’s Newcastle and did it with a lot of money. I got promoted with Millwall and it was the most ever spent in that year.
“Money is massively important to football clubs.”
