Jack Harrison has revealed Marcelo Bielsa uses a laser in individual meetings to ensure his players are focusing.
The Argentine coach ended the Whites’ 16-year exile from the Premier League by winning the Championship title last season.

Leeds have started their top-flight season with three wins out of six and could move into the top four if they beat Leicester on Monday evening.
Harrison, who is enjoying a third successive loan spell with Leeds from Man City, is a regular starter under Bielsa.
And the winger ‘loves’ his one-on-one meetings with the 65-year-old.
He told The Telegraph: “You sit down with him and you have a laser and there is this big projector.
“You have to follow yourself with the laser so he knows you are focused.

“Before each game you have this individual meeting with him and he goes through your clips.
“I just love doing stuff like this.
“He shows you what you do well, what you can improve on, things you should avoid or look out for. You can imagine the amount of work it takes.”
