The Foxes drew with Wolves last weekend and go into this game a place and three points ahead of the Reds.

Jurgen Klopp’s men have lost their last two top-flight outings and were smashed by Manchester City last Sunday.

Both teams will be eager to win on Saturday before their rivals play as they chance a top-four finish, or better, this season.

Liverpool beat Leicester 3-0 at Anfield in November and have not lost to the East Midlanders since September 2017.

Leicester star Jamie Vardy is fit to start this match having recovered from groin surgery.

Timothy Castagne is not yet ready to return after a hamstring injury while Wes Morgan, Dennis Praet and Wesley Fofana are still missing.

Ayoze Perez and James Justin are nursing still injury problems but should be fit to start.

Liverpool could had Premier League debuts to new defenders Ozan Kabak and/or Ben Davies with Fabinho out injured.

Jordan Henderson could return to a midfield role having filled in at centre-back in recent weeks.
