The final day of the 2020/21 Premier League season is upon us with plenty still to be decided.
Manchester City wrapped up the title earlier this month, to reclaim the top-flight crown from Liverpool.
Pep Guardiola’s men have been head and shoulders above their rivals this season and will be in celebratory mood in front of 10,000 home fans on Sunday for the visit of Everton.
They will also bid farewell to a legend with all-time top goalscorer Sergio Aguero playing in his final Premier League game.
At the other end of the table, the relegation battle has also been sorted.
Sheffield United, West Brom and Fulham have dropped into the Championship with the likes of Burnley, Brighton and Newcastle surviving after difficult campaigns.
The final day drama will be centred around the race for the European places.
The top seven teams in the Premier League will get Europe this season with the spots for the Champions League, Europa League and new Europa Conference League still undecided.
The European chase has been heating up nicely throughout the last few games and now it will reach is crescendo.

Premier League final day: talkSPORT coverage
We will be bringing you five games exclusive live across the talkSPORT network on Sunday including the huge game between Leicester and Tottenham.
The Foxes must better Liverpool’s result to break into the top four having slipped out of it on Wednesday night in agonising fashion.
Brendan Rodger’s side did win the FA Cup recently but will be eager to clinch Champions League football having been in the top four all season.
Spurs, meanwhile, also need a win to have any chance of salvaging a Europa League spot.
It looks like the north Londoners will have to settle for a place in the new Europa Conference League which is hardly ideal as they look to rebuild this summer.
talkSPORT 2 will be at West Ham v Southampton as the Hammers look to hold off Tottenham and finish in sixth.
Arsenal v Brighton, Leeds v West Brom and Sheffield United v Burnley will then be exclusively available via the talkSPORT APP.

Premier League final day: What is on the line?
As well as Leicester, Chelsea and Liverpool will be looking to secure a top-four finish on the final day of the season.
Both clubs are well placed to do so but must get the job done.
Chelsea need a win to be assured of finishing third but will do so if Liverpool or Leicester fail to win.
The Reds must better what the Foxes do and it could well come to goal difference on the day.
Meanwhile, Everton, Arsenal and even Leeds are still in the mix to finish sixth or seventh respectively.
While West Ham look good for sixth, if they lose it will open up the race for the Europa League.
Spurs and Everton could pounce should West Ham slip up while Arsenal and Leeds will be going all out to finish seventh.

Premier League final day: What has been said?
Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers insists his team will continue to fight on for a top four place on the final day.
“Let’s get the victory there,” he continued. “Let’s recover over these next few days, get a plan together again and see if we can finish with three points. The fans really pushed us over the line at the weekend with an amazing effort between them and ourselves.
“Hopefully they can do that at the weekend and we’ll see where we’re at.”
Meanwhile, Jurgen Klopp is hoping the 10,000 fans at Anfield on Sunday can help get Liverpool over the line.
He said: “The Burnley win was a semi-final. We had to win the semi-final and we did. Nothing is decided yet but we improved our position and we have the final. That’s what we needed. It’s what we deserve because this was a top performance.
“We have to make sure we recover quickly. We have a thin squad in some positions. We have to wrap them in cotton wool. I can’t wait for the 10,000 fans at Anfield. Nothing is decided – Palace are strong.”
And David Moyes has called upon West Ham to go out and earn their place in the Europa League.
He said: “It sounds great [their positon going into the final day].
“I am quite calm about it because I know we have to still go and earn it.
“Overall we have earned it this year but we have a bit to do yet and hopefully we can get over the line.”
